We prioritize three aspects of health: sleep, nutrition, and physical fitness with each one of our courses. By utilizing behavior change and long-term habit creation, we help people recover their health and live a life without limits. But, more importantly, Cour was created to benefit the community; founded on the premise that improving one's health will have a domino effect on the health of those around you.

Why Cour?

If you have a lamp that no longer lights up, you replace it with one that does. Habits are similar. If you have a habit that no longer serves you, you must replace it with one that will.


We all have habits that aren't helping us. And those unhealthy habits prevent us from achieving our goals — such as sticking to a fitness routine, eating healthier, or even going to bed at a reasonable time.


That's where Cour comes in.

We believe that habits can be optimized for your best. And the most effective way to do that is through direction and accountability. That is the purpose of this program. We collaborate with you to develop a strategy while providing direction and unrivaled support along the way, turning you into a goal-crushing machine.

Our primary tool

The 3 Pillars Course

In this 12-week fully integrative fitness course, you'll learn the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle and establish habits that will serve you for the rest of your life.


To do this, the course will be broken into 4-week "focuses": Sleep, Nutrition, & Fitness.


The first focus will be on Sleep. All of the sleep tips are simple to implement, and will have life changing results.

In addition to the sleep habits, we'll also choose 1 fitness habit and 1 nutrition habit a week to integrate based off your stated goals.


Nutrition is the next focus. At the beginning of this focus, you'll be sent an assortment of healthy recipes from a broad range of different cooking styles to use along with an educational nutrition PDF. We'll set you up so you never have to second-guess again: "is this food healthy?"

In addition to the nutrition habits, you'll also be given 1 new fitness habit to adopt each week as we continue to check-in on our sleep habits and previous fitness/nutrition habits to make sure they truly become part of your lifestyle.


The last focus is Fitness. This will be a customized program where we'll ramp things up each week based on your goals and fitness level. During this focus, we'll select an exercise plan that you can continue long after the course ends, creating true self-sufficiency.

We'll also continue to check in on the habits we've established the first 8 weeks, ensuring that they stick with accountability.

Three pillars Three months

We allocate enough time to establish new habits in each pillar.

And, while each month will have a primary focus,

we will also incorporate pieces of the other pillars as we go.

Sleep

Sleeping better and sleeping more begins with your routines. Through simple tasks and prioritizing, we'll have you sleeping like you did when you were a child.

Nutrition

Simple and sustainable is the name of the game. Through eating-habit refinement and easy-to-follow guidelines, you'll learn how to reach your ideal weight and stay there.

Fitness

Not all fitness routines are created equal. We give you a fully customized routine for you to incorporate into your life for total health and longevity.

Start with the most important aspect of health and work your way up. After mastering or significantly improving one area, you're ready to progress to the next level. A solid structure cannot be built, unless each layer is properly constructed.

Healthy habit formation is a key component of the 3 Pillars course. Establishing the healthy habits will leave little room for the unhealthy ones.


We will accomplish this with our goals always in front of us and accountability at every step of the way.

One of the many habit-forming features of the 3 Pillars course is regular check-ins and access to support whenever it is needed.

Things like sleeping deeply, eating well, and getting in regular movement shouldn't be complicated.


In the 3 Pillars course, we make a plan, take things one step at a time, and remove the guesswork. All you have to do is be willing to put in the work and follow the plan.

We utilize regular check-ins, weekly calls, monthly assessments, and the ability to contact us if you have any questions along the way.


This support process will aid you in achieving your objectives. It will also provide you with the knowledge you need to make future plans and achieve any goals you set for yourself long after the course is over.

The End Result

One aspect of the program that cannot be overstated is the emphasis on empowerment.

We will give you all of the tools you need to carry on the principles you learned in this course through daily and weekly education, so that you never have to pay anyone else for another gym membership, meal plan, or program, if you don't want to.

This course will provide you with the answers. We would be thrilled to have you participate in our program, and hope to form lifelong friendships with each person we serve. But ultimately, we want to see you succeed and have the ability and knowledge to continue on your journey of health and vitality without our close assistance.
